Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags and packaging intact.
Several types of goods are non-returnable. These include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personal care or hygiene items once opened
- Any item marked as final sale
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items showing clear signs of use
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items damaged due to reasons not caused by our error
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your card issuer or bank.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are strictly non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@outliersonline.in with order details and images of the issue.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift, refund will be issued as store credit once the returned item is received.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, contact us at support@outliersonline.in for return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
